Documents, which are submitted in any other form, will no longer be accepted.
If you do not have access data for our online portal yet, please contact our back office!
Please always log in with your access data under “Customer-Login“ and register your Bauer product with our guarantee card under https://www.bsa-de.com/en/customer-area/warranty-processing/product-registration#secondTab within the mentioned deadline. Only this way you can secure your guarantee claim!
